<p>The things I like best about <a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/michaelarrington/">Flickr</a> right now are the &#8220;sets&#8221; (23 calls them albums) and the <a href="http://www.flickr.com/tools/">uploader tool</a> which takes the pain out of uploading many pictures at once. 23 needs a similar tool.</p>
<p><img style="float: left" src='http://cache0.techcrunch.com/wp-content/23.jpg'class="shot" alt="" />As to whether another photo sharing site can take reasonable market share now that Flickr is so entrenched &#8211; Sure. Maybe. This is still a massive growth market, and since 23 is located in Europe they will have an easier time getting users there, where Flickr does not have the market penetration.</p>
