huh that’s kinda neat actually. I bet if they found a good target demo and made the app free it would get rolling.

Its funny how so many think new is weird. like 1980 a personal computer? 2000 a social network? 1999 an ipod? 1997 a search engine? whoa weird….hella creepy. Stop Capitalizing Complete Sentences That End In Full Stops, Question Marks and Other Forms Of Punctuation. It Looks Ridiculous. If I Started Writing All Of My Comments And Post Titles This Way Everyone Would Point and Laugh. There Is A Good Reason For That.

I definitely see the FlyChat is much more complex than Omegle is, but it’s definitely the same concept elaborated on which what I was pointing out. It’ll be interesting to see how it’s received by giving away personal information to a stranger over an anonymous conversation. I’d suggest creating either a free version of the app (limited features) or a promotional free period to get going otherwise for a person like me I’d be a tough sell.

The idea to send a message to a random person is the same. But it stops there. One is a Social Network , the other is a Chat system where you can’t keep track of your chats so basically Shore is like Yahoo messenger and FlyChat is like Facebook (just for comparison purposes).

The application you are talking about is much different and very much simplified compared to FlyChat.
With FlyChat, you can have multiple conversations, have an Inbox with all the messages/threads etc. , you can choose Themes like (Autos, Shopping, Dating etc.) and Networks (City/Country/School/Work) ,and you can become Friends with others, have a Profile page and Wall just like in Facebook.
