$495, seriously? Wow that sounds like a rip off!

I heard on the news yesterday that a lot of people looking for work are accepting internship work for no pay on the hope that they will become a perminent part of the workforce. Sounds a bit unreal that someone with a few years experience could end up basically working for free. It’s more than a bit exploititive by employers!

Interesting concept. I don’t see why they would only focus on job boards. There are tons of websites out there that would love to turn itself into an iPhone, Android, or BlackBerry app with ease.

Dice.com reports are not very helpful. Dice charges $495 to post a job ad, in down economy when employers are looking for ways to cut cost, spending less on job ads is one way to cut cost. Moreover a lot of employers are not looking to hire full time but they are hiring. If you’re qualified tech with experience and can’t find a job send me an email and I’ll help you find one or at the very least point you in the right direction.
