		<description>The issue here is that fact that power.com violated Facebooks TOS and took data they were not even allowed to look for. When you sign up for Facebook you are agreeing to Facebooks policies, among them being their security policy. Facebook can now be blamed for not protecting data because this site scoured where they werent supposed to and made that data searchable. Power has no lawsuit whatsoever.</description>
