Sounds perfect for the Emerson College Social Media and Marketing class. College students/recent grads have zero dollars to invest in expensive tracking, but make up a big chunk of online and social media outreach campaigns. I wish I had something like this for the spring semester course I just wrapped up.

They shouldn't just show how many people tweeted and retweeted it but how many followers saw that _______ was mentioned. That way you can really measure the impact. For instance, if joe schmo mentions the product to their 10 followers on twitter.. big deal but if opera mentions it to her almost 2 million followers well thats some good coverage. So what I mean to say is that not every tweet is = to the other.

This is just great, god send for PR people like me. Thanks a lot Viralheat. I just signed up and this is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to monitor the social web for mentions of any of our clients and was looking for one dashboard that shows me mentions of each client. for $10 this is a real steal.

This is a great service if you want to track social media at a very low-cost. I have done a deep analysis of most of the other tools out there and they are so expensive, its impossible for anyone to justify the cost of those tools. This seems to be a real deal for people who want a reliable tracking service on an ongoing basis.
