Stop Twining and go with the flow, it always comes back to lists, perhaps we prefer going up and down rather than side to side?

I love the idea of Twine, but I can never get myself to use it consistently. Maybe this'll help.

Fix your search, twine.com ... this is all UX you will ever need. Look at Google, now fancy gimmicks, just pure relevance. Users are not coming to twine to play card games, they are coming to get relevant results ... and the search does not return them.

I am not sure it adds to my experience in terms of solving the information overload problem. I am still having to serially shuffle thought all the cards in the desk, so not savings there.

Loading this dog was slow ;-000-). It would really help if the progress bar was there. It took almost 1 min on my not-so-slow mac.

I am not sure if this will save the otherwise failing product.

Reminds me of David Gelernter UI Concepts of Lifestreams first described as chronicles streams in his MirrorWorlds book in 1992.

Later he implemented his vision as a product called scopeware, which focused on this kind of time navigation as cards in a stream
