		<description>What I&#039;ve found interesting about this post (a very interesting topic and well written and I don&#039;t disagree with) AND catching SOME of the comments on this thread, I actually quit commenting here at Techcrunch for this very same reason.  People weren&#039;t addressing (or attacking) the comment.  They were attacking each other.   And that&#039;s ok.  I expect that.  But I expected comment moderation that just was not taking place.  Comments went unmoderated and I mean the personal attack comments.   Asking that a thread be moderated after being a participant in a post received no reply.   Techcrunch became a war zone.  

You&#039;ll find that if one has planned to no longer comment somewhere, they lose interest in reading the content as well.  The information here is good but it&#039;s not the only source.   Is this now a change in policy?  If so, my interest in Techcrunch might again be worth following up on.</description>
