What about smart tweets, nice tweets ? is there a hall of fame, a best of tweets somewhere around ? 

There are indeed quite a lot of useless, and stupid tweets. That is why, as I said in an article about the pros and cons of Twitter,  there is a huge need in more (personnalized) filtering in the twitterverse.</description>
