Try searching for concerts or adding artists in your favorites - it looks like the site is redesigned as there are a bunch of new features around search and creating your music profile.

thanks to the TC crew for once again including hearwhere in this list of very valid competitors.

though, i'm kinda curious about this review of livekick. did they announce anything new? i can't seem to find what significant change has prompted this article?

Techcrunch comments are hilarious - the first people to comment are always people working for a competing startup and are looking to ride on the article for some free publicity. How about actually using the web services mentioned and commenting on the features and user experience levels?

I don't know if it's better, but if you are looking for a true kayak experience for live concerts, Thrillcall.com/search, video, tickets, everything in a true Kayak interface--they've only been live for 3 months or something. They don't do recommendations though.

I've been checking out both services - just spend 10 minutes in each site. I personally like Livekick better because there are more tickets listed for concerts by the artists I like and the design is cleaner.

I was actually using Livekick before Songkick. Songkick is ok...but Livekick does such a much better job at this. So simple, clean....nice! I luv Livekick.
+ songkick doens't offer too many tickets...so what's the point?

It is really very good search engine now we can find our favorite artist concert with only one click Livekick creates a musical profile based on your favorite artists and will automatically import new artists that are added to playlists and music services.
