Map feature didn’t work for me, despite saying ‘details’…Love the free factor, but agree on the VRS. Almost as hilarious as some of my Jotts and ReQall notes to myself (my favorite Japanese restaurant was mangled beyond measure) Price is right though.

Lots of companies doing this now. And the services will only get better.

Consumers are the big winners. Think they’ll eventually insert audio ads? Seems obvious. But I’d rather pay money than endure the crap svc of Jingle.

And BTW…why do they all offer the service via 800? Gotta think most calls are from cell phones. The providers aren’t saving anyone any money, just increasing their OpEx.

goog411 is an awesome service. I use it all the time to call places when i don’t have the internet available. Having intersections available just makes it that much easier to find places. Nice that they put it back in ‘details’, so as to not clutter the current great interface “i’ll connect you, or says details for more options’
