I just started using DocStoc a few weeks ago on blog posts and have been very happy with the embed feature. I think users like it better than me just linking to a PDF and making them download it.

I like the idea and it will be interesting to see how well it works. As any professional knows, if you need one document, you likely need two or three. This certainly could be a valuable resource but I guess that depends on the qualifications of the collections creator. Such is the story of docstoc.
