I agree at least with this multi-touch issue. It makes no sense that someone could patent such a thing. It’s akin to Fonzy patenting the thumbs-up. Completely ridiculous.

Had Tim Berners-Lee patented the internet he just might be the richest person alive right now.

iphone is not the only multi-touch phone on the market today. LG with is very impressive S-CLASS UI already has a few phones with Multi-Touch inputs. it also has the famous pinch to zoom feature.

I guess being a blogger and not a journalist means you can be bias right?

The Zune announcement wasn’t a mixup on Microsoft’s part. Rather, the blogsphere got punked by someone who pointed their profile to a MS.com address.

If you want credibility, don’t take for granted someone creating a twitter account as vouching for the namesake company.

In this case, it was obvious to anyone familiar with Microsoft’s official stance; heck, anyone with a modicum of common sense would have realized that the tweets were bogus.

Apple owns only few gestures like pinch. Not multiple-touch as a whole, while actually it owns logo “multi-touch”.
