Issue three of course is a red herring. Having built four markets I can say it's not an issue. Consider OpenTable, Orbitz, Hotels.com, ServiceLive, OnForce.... all these markets could have people bypass the market and go direct to the provider and yet none do. ServiceLive and OnForce provide independent vendors who can negotiate (unlike an airline) and often have repeat customer and yet people don't for a number of reasons having to deal with market theory (too long to go into there). It won't be an issue for Pogby either. Yes, it needs more features… but then so did every company who entered the business plan competition.
