Ladies and gents 7 days left for bonuses when Marcos favorite asswhipes(Roman, Edward and Ana) will get 25% bonuses and the hard working guys who have their head down and work day and night will get 10% because Marco does not even know their names.

Good luck every one. Hope you can land a job post SpotRunner as the market has realized how over rated and over paid you all are.

The best thing that has come out of SpotRunner is Marcos reputation and that guy will never land a job in Cali again as everyone knows he cant manage himself out of a paper bag nor can he deliver a single feature that a customer can use or needs. But if you ever need to upgrade from SQL 2000 to 2005 he is your guy.

This sets the precedence for all of us to file a class action lawsuit. We were told by management that our shares are worthless because we have common shares but that is obviously another lie by this management. The courts have determined that those of us who were there from the beginning and have shares/options we too can sell them for 2.40 a share. I would be thrilled to make some money back on this company

Good luck raising mo' money, Nick. Besides the fact that, after ripping off tens of millions of dollars from your investors and hundreds of your employees, your reputation sticks as bad as the crotch of Bernie Madoff's prison jumpsuit, there's also the fact there will soon be far less VC's for you peddle your snakeoil to. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/penny-herscher/the-death-of-venture-capi_b_211163.html

Come celebrate with JG(half million dollar man) the 6 month anniversary of the day when Mark(Pinocchio) told us how he was going to get 5 contracts by end of 2008 for Malibu(AKA Mirage) at the meeting after 115 of our close friends where laid off(shit canned).

The party will be help at Life on Friday the 6th. Free drinks will be provided to all so you forget what horrible company you work at.

Can someone please explain to me why these executives are still at Spot Runner? Maybe you can list a successful project they have had in the past 2-3 years that the company and CUSTOMERS have benefited from.
Marco
Zander
Kurt
Ken

Few of the useless others left on their own
Seth
Sara
Darren

I am sure you can search left and right but will never be able to find a single project they they sponsored or did that benefited anyone. But in typical Spot Runner fashion they kept getting promoted and getting praised for their "mythical" work

Do you want to be part of a "Technology Company That's Masquerading As An Ad Agency"?! Want to count yourself among the most dramatically underpaid, under-appreciated employees at a Technology Company That's Masquerading As An Ad Agency? Want to be bullied, then ignored, be forced to be a loss leader, then leaned on for revenue? Want to work for a CEO that is passionate about tossing salad in Sun Valley and Cannes? For an executive team that is more interested in yachting and tanning in the South Bay, than actually running a company?
Then join the few, the proud, the Spot Runner Creative Department. Contact us today! If you have extensive experience, your starting salary will around 40K and if you work at Spot Runner for close to 4 years, you MAY be able to eventually double that. Yes, people in other departments at Spot Runner are paid at or near market rates, and we understand that our salaries for creatives may be less than 50% of market rate for creatives at other agencies, but not to worry! We'll offset your bullshit salary with a few meager stock grants (totaling maybe 30,000 shares) (that will never be worth a penny because our CEO is currently making over $16,000.00 per DAY through illegal sales of a fraction of his 31 million shares and is RIGHT NOW driving the company into the ground!! Sound like a bum deal? It's not that bad. We've come a long way from the early days, when Spot Runner creatives were giddily informed by David "Fecal Digits" Waxman, that they had no place in the future of Spot Runner, and when soon after Nick proclaimed privately that nobody in the Creative Department will EVER make more than 50K/year. Oh, sorry. Nevermind. The Creative team was fired. Ex Spot Runner creatives, while waiting for your EDD check to arrive, please enjoy reading the latest from D. Bag Nicholas. When is someone going to make a page for "Fecal Digits" Waxman?

We’ll offset your bullshit salary with a few meager stock grants (totaling maybe 30,000 shares) (that will never be worth a penny because our CEO is currently making over $16,000.00 per DAY through illegal sales of a fraction of his 31 million shares and is RIGHT NOW driving the company into the ground!! Sound like a bum deal? It’s not that bad. We’ve come a long way from the early days, when Spot Runner creatives were giddily informed by David “Fecal Digits” Waxman, that they had no place in the future of Spot Runner, and when soon after Nick proclaimed privately that nobody in the Creative Department will EVER make more than 50K/year. Oh, sorry. Nevermind. The Creative team was fired. Ex Spot Runner creatives, while waiting for your EDD check to arrive, please enjoy reading the latest from D. Bag Nicholas. When is someone going to make a page for “Fecal Digits” Waxman?

The link at the bottom of the AgencySpy article shows again how clearly Nick and Co. were lying about and misrepresenting these investments.

"agency spokesperson Rosabel Tao gave us the low down.

Tao defended her company's financial situation, noting the $51 million Spot Runner recently nabbed from a number of interested investors. Oh, did we mention there was already $60 million in the coffers?"

Spot runner didn't nab 51 mil- a lot of it never went into SR accounts- but went into Nick's.

Nick steps down as reported on Media Bistro's Agency Spy:

http://www.mediabistro.com/agencyspy/news/john_gentry_replaces_nick_grouf_at_spot_runner_116887.asp?c=rss

Is this simply more maneuvering to attempt to mitigate the repercussions of an investor uprising?

Also, does anyone know if Nick's personal assets be confiscated in the event of a successful suit? Let's say, property or cash moved via a fraudulent transfer (I think that's the technical term for moving assets under legal duress)?

Now, is there any way we all get a piece of the action? WPP is invoking rule 23.1...

Yeah. big deal Nick and JG change offices-still crooks in each.

A class action lawsuit is a good idea- the company money will be gone- but going after the huge pile Nick stole is the way.

They've been paying the departing a bonus to sign a non sue agreement- must be worried.

No offense to JG, but he is not the man to be running this company. If past performance is any indicator of future performance, I think SR is in trouble. To date, all of the businesses that JG has managed at this company have slowly died. All that is left is an Ad platform that is losing traction. What about the decisions he has made in past make you think he can right this ship?

We have some changes in the organization. Nick is going to keep his title but will not be involved in the day to day duties of running Spot Runner. Gentry will be taking ove the day to day business.

This in my view marks the end of Spot Runner and shows to me that they dont care. The only reason Nick is still here is because he is afraid if he leavs the WPP accusations get to have more merit

What is more incredible to me is that my fellow employees think that this is a great step in the right direction. Somehow accepting the stock sale by JG as being okay but but the co-founders as being wrong.

I heard no one wants to touch Malibu with a 10 foot pole. Any bets on if the doors are still open by Fall '09?

Today is the last day for those fired- but kept around under the Warn act.

And the crooks still haven't stepped down, instead they are once again holed up with their legal council...
