		<description>The AP individual was not an executive; he was a sales rep.  in other words a salesboy.  They will tell any kind of lie to inflate their commissions.  Sales is the only occupation (not a  profession) where it is a principle of law that what they say is not to be believed.  It is valid legal defense against product liability claims that statements were sales puffery and not to be believed.  AP, like the rest of the economy, is being ruined by the salesboys and marketeering bozos.</description>
