In Starbucks Ayala (Cebu, Philippines), my friend’s coffee got a screw inside her cup. Every time she takes a sip, she hears an unusual sound.

When she removed the cover, there was a screw inside!

We informed the management about it. The management did not care. They did not even bothered to replace the coffee, nor an apology.
