I think that youtube has caught on to my illegal downloading of all Robotech Videos, I can only get to 50% using the free youtube downloader from dvdvideosoft.com. Hope to find another way. I already have the shadow chronicles and almost all of the macross saga, I still need the others. Hope I don’t get sued for this.

youtube put a stop to the youtube downloader tool because they saw a oppertunity to make money and just the fact that the other companys let you download them for free is a insult because if we stop sending our video to youtube they will not have anything to sell!!!

I noticed some videos on Youtube have a built in download feature. How do I enable the download button on my videos? I want to provide a way for people who like my videos to download them. I checked all the options on my profile for sharing, and I can’t figure out how to make my videos downloadable. Please help me.

So YouTube will be charging us money to download video content to which they do not own the copyright. Millions of people upload their own videos so they can be shared freely. This seems to be “moving the goal posts”. Should YouTube pay us for submitting the video in the first place?

I don’t understand how YouTube can act like this?
Download video from thirdy part is what i did several years ago when i recorded music with a tape recorder from radio.
Sell personal videos is a non-sense. It’s time to find another platform and when they will see their traffic decrease, they will change that. Because Youtube needs to think about that: when you convert a video you need to go first on YouTube and select the url. Guess how many people do that every day and guess what this people will do when they could not download videos from Youtube anymore? They will use another platforme like DailyMotion.
