We’re pretty sure it’s not, but then again what do we know?
The item is listed on Amazon through the Musician’s Friend storefront. Get it while it’s hot – there are only 5 left in stock.
Update: that didn’t last long. Listing has been updated with a more relevant picture.
if you have some time to kill, read the reviews and the comments on Reddit (where we got the link from).

well the description definitely is but the picture surely isnt!
Well, it is an interface alright… Just not one that uses digital audio!
I like how you are provided with the full kit!
Some amazing reviews got posted for it. Too bad they reset the picture because when it is coupled with the second review it truly is a work of art.
Looks more like an analogue input..
A good one for the Jay Leno, media crawlers..
LOL @ the Features
* 28 inputs / 30 outputs..
This qualifies as Tech news?
I sense there will be no fun in the future.

a better read with less tabloid tech
What the hell is going on at TechCrunch lately? How is this possibly news? It is a minor error on Amazon – a site that has hundreds of thousands of SKUs. I’m sure they have errors like this every day.
Other things you have talked about this week:
- a security breach on Speed Date
- LinkedIn being down for a few minutes
- Arrington getting spit on
You need to look back at your mission statement and figure out what you are trying to do here.
When I come to this blog, I’m not looking for Mike’s personal thoughts or an uptime report on social media companies. You need to figure out what your readers want. And, if this is it, then don’t count me as a reader.
I want to be a writer at techcrunch
1. trawl reddit and other sites
2. re-post
3. profit
I don’t get it. TechCrunch has been posting articles like this since 2005, they have done nothing but spur growth in readership. You people need to read this and lighten up:
http://www.tech...tful-but-arent/
I actually like articles like these, it lightens my day. I don’t like fluff written about actual companies though. I think there is a lot of innovative stuff happening out there like the semantic web, but you guys hardly capture any of that.. instead focusing on the next iphone game company.
Definitely it is! Kinda strange, though.
Techcrunch,
Continue to post articles such as this…
Mindless twits who respond to these peculiar articles, blankly muttering through their pasty lips whilst neurotically fingering their keyboards to vapidly express a mangled statement that expressly forbids you to be ruggedly independent are deserving of a total immersion in the coldest water possible until the very last second.
Fuck these losers! Post any damn thing you want.
The internet is swelling and burgeoning with bleating sheep, the mousy and a mainstreaming effect that paralyzes the unique edginess of this place.
Way to go TechCrunch.
I can’t understand these prigs who moan about the occasional lighthearted diversion. How they get that uptight I’ll never know.
Thanks for a good chuckle!
As the CEO of Picitup, I’m proud to say that We have the technology to filter out such cases.
A.
i will wager my left testicle that the last 7 comments all came from the same person (yes, you work that out)
tom,
As Agile Cyborg, I can tell you that you are absolutely incorrect. Posting with alternative monikers in the same thread is a disgusting business you won’t find me dealing in.
Now, throw your left testicle in the nearest river.
Amazon is selling some more gems…
What about this one?
