Wow. microsoft fails at everything.
1. it appears that it only generates stupid piano songs that my parents would like.
2. They used a mac instead of a pc. Smart move.
3. they covered the logo. THE logo. THE logo to destroy all logos. and with girly flowers. No macbook owner would ever do such an awful thing to the sleekness of a macbook. (laser etching FTW.)
4. The other laptop was a bulky craptop. I’m pretty sure this is a microsoft ad, not a “macbooks are cooler than your PC” ad.
5. The girl let her dad steal her macbook. That never happens, macbooks are too awesome to let someone else steal them.
6. “I’ts made by microsoft.”
“Oh, so it must be easy to use.”
Microsoft’s UI’s are known for their suckiness.
Must I go on?

I think the people that made this definitely knew what they where doing and enjoyed the joke. Note the name of the girl: Lisa. A clear wink to Macs!

Ok I agree the commercial is terrible, the fact that they used a mac is rediculous, and the girl sings like little orphan Annie.

But all that aside this is a “research” product, and it may get better before release. Maybe they will upgrade the music tracks and give you more to tweak.

As is this is terrible, but there is no reason to slam microsoft all over the place over this when we have Vista to use as a punching bag

I´ve done the comparison,. Macs are overpriced. I sued Linux, Windows and OSX daily. I can safely say that viruses and spyware are not because Windows sucks more than the other 2. But mainly because it has a greater audience plain and simply. If we talk about this in a global setting, if the majority was using apple. and i’m talking about,. if the MAJORITY was using apple… then trust me viruses and spyware would be an issue,. but that’s not the case since windows has always been the target for virus creators,. and spyware has always been directed to windows because people that dont know how to use a computer but still buy one,. use windows.,. i like all 3 OS’s there is no reason to be married with one since it is fun to know different things,. but please,. really,. let’s not kid ourselves,. Mac OSX is overpriced and the hardware is inferior,. I own a mac and I own a PC running OSX,. and my PC is pretty damn good at running OSX,. so apple hardware? is not the big deal they make it up to be,.
