One was to request a feature and the other was to complain about an issue I am having with the service. Both messages I sent got personal (not template) e-mails from a customer service rep in a fairly timely fashion. I responded and had a back and forth with them and they were very nice and responsive. So I&#039;m really not sure what you are talking about.</description>
