		<description>The decision to do a separate FriendFeed instance makes sense to me.  The de-duping is a nightmare when you put all these overlapping together (twitter  tumbler  facebook  friendfeed.  We&#039;ve dealt with the same problem at Dipity.  

We decided to keep these together and try to deduplicate messages, but it wasn&#039;t an easy call.

Good luck to AlertThing, upgrade looks great.</description>
