		<description>I would have thought that Twitter&#039;s strategy from here on out would be a no-brainer.  Search with ads is a proven business - they should concentrate on providing the best possible real-time search.   Rather than recruiting a marketing strategist, perhaps a few more search engineers would be a better investment - Twitter&#039;s search is woefully unsophisticated, it doesn&#039;t even stem for crissake!</description>
