  I suppose I’m at risk for replying to this for being banned, but please hear me out. Just something that’s been bothering me.
  
  Personally, I have no issue with the stuff you post, Michael. I don’t think “TechCrunch is going downhill” or “puppies, wtf” or something crazy. You’re fine.
  
  The thing that I take issue with is the heavy-handed response to criticism. Banning someone isn’t really the solution. Getting a better comment-moderation system is.
  
  Something I really appreciate about Lawrence Lessig is he keeps a wiki page dedicated to Lessig-criticism (http://wiki.les...i-Lessig_Reader).
  Furthemore, on the publishing of his most recent book, one of his most earliest blog posts was to point out criticism (http://lessig.o...the_book_1.html). I think this response is great. Instead of amplifying the criticism, it sort of redirects it, and defuses it.
  
  Obviously there is a time and a place for criticism, and perhaps that isn’t the comments section of each story. But maybe the continual amount of criticism means two things:
  1) There should be a place to discuss such things as TechCrunch’s material and TechCrunch’s journalism (not that I have anything particular to say about either)
  2) There should be a better comment moderation system. Slashdot deals with the most amazing amount of trolling very easily, and they don’t delete or ban anything. I think they’ve deleted two posts total, and that was really newsworthy.
  
  If I get banned for saying that, well, too bad.

SHIBA INUS!!!! Sorry for the inane response but I think they are the cuttest and coolest breed in the world. And they look like only a few weeks old; they still have their black patch on their snouts. These usually go away after a month.

Are they up for adoption?!?!?

my guess is this guy eventually sells them to wealthy techies (hopefully not on ebay…that’s just not right) and donates a portion to charity…wish i had the bankroll to snag one of these if that were to happen. they are far too awesome.
