Playtoniq has brought back AquaHoops and other water powered games for those of us old enough to remember a world without hand held video games. A variation of the game, called ObamaHoops, though, has been declined by Apple for the App Store.

Any particular reason why it was rejected by Apple?
perhaps because the player punts obama’s decapitated head around the playing screen?
Maybe they can change Obama’s head to the O logo.

We would never want a decapitated bouncing around on someone’s chest.

They don’t own the O logo. That is probably the most legit reason had for denying the app. Copyright infringement.

very patriotic app but the game seem very random i dont see any aspect where skills may come into play.

i have aquahoops and its an AWESOME game — definitely recommend getting it…
Of course if this were a Windows Mobile app there would be no “holier than thou” idiot to decide what his customers should be able to play. Oh and without that whole application and re-application and re-application process to get approved to develop apps it would have been completed a long time ago.
