So don't go back. STOP WHINING!
BTW saw the picture you are refering to and there is NO grimace. Considerinig her statements about this being a downright mean country, her college thesis material and not being proud of this country until it nominated her husband, they were extremely gracious in their choice of pictures. Stick you head back in the sand (if that's where you keep it...I doubt it) and STOP WHINING! YOU WON! Or are you starting to realize he can't be the all powerful Messiah he portrayed himself as? Be careful what you ask for.

because perception is the new reality. Kerry made patronizing remarks regarding Fox News and the liberals this cycle refused to debate on their channel. WHat are they afraid of, another "Joe The Plumber" moment wherein they are forced to plug holes in their platform or answer questions that aren't softballs from faux journalist who are getting tingles down their legs ove rtheir candidate?

Conservativism wasn't defeated this time because it wasn't on the ticket. We just proved you really can buy an election and the Federal Election Commissioin is a farce.

Seen any black helicopters today? Are we supposed to just read the Washington ComPost or NY Times Obama? I did and kept finding their OpEd on the front page.

There are plenty of examples where conservativism was successful and precious few where socialism and liberalism worked. Conservativism fails when we stop being conservative. African Americans would wield a whole lot more power if they held the rights feet to the fire and made them walk the walk of conservativism and not pander to those seeking to keep them as "slaves" to liberalism with a stipend and no opportunity. Things mean less to you if they are given, guaranteed and free.

As opposed to the blatant overstating and criminal omission in stories reported and not reported by CNN, NBC, CBS, ABC, NPR and the liberal dailies and weekly pubs. (yes I know I omitted Fox News..and so did the UCLA study stating they really were "fair and balanced")

I was constantly amazed at what the sheep who were all moon eyed over Obama DIDN'T know about their candidate. The hysterical claims regarding Palin and McCain and ignorance, sometimes willfully about Obama. At least I supported McCain in spite of his many failings because I knew what they were and chose the lesser of two evils.

I had hoped my kids, who by the way supported Obama and were as ignorant as anyone else about him, wouldn't have to endure another Jimmy Carter but it seems each generation has difficulty learning from the previous one. Their indoctrination in college is the likely culprit for their attitude or the cult of personality we have from the sludge that passes for entertainment on TV.

Government big enough to give you everything you want is strong enough to take it all away from you. Keep your eyes open because unless Obama really is the Messiah, he can't possibly live up to the hype or deliver on his promises.

huffpo produces reams of original content, unlike drudge, which is 99.9% aggregator
cnn and msnbc did a great job analyzing and providing election results and exit polls. Yahoo was slower, later and less info

Drudge has become the National Enquirer blog of the right, can't take it seriously, same as Fox news...talking points for the Bush administration/conservative base. They will both continue to slide as their alarmist propaganda continues to fall flat and is rejected by the majority. I haven't looked at Drudge for several weeks because of the obvious bias, finally checked today to see how he was slanting the Obama victory. I got my answer and I won't be back. What is the purpose of running an outdated black and white photo today of Michelle Obama with a grimace and stance that your targeted audience will gleefully interpret as "militant" ?
