I personally use AOL and do not like other instant messaging platforms that do not support smileys and group chat. Therefore, I do not support yuuguu for trying to make us all friends.

I use meebo. (msn, gtalk, msn, yahoo and aim). screen to screen is a nice feature but the killer would be integrating video chat. This is okay for presentations, but it would also be nice if the audience could point and draw on their screen if you're discussing features on a site, for example.

I'd personally recommend Techinline (http://www.techinline.com) for remote access and screen sharing. It's perfect for supporting computer illiterate clients because it doesn't even require any installation on either end.
