CALL TO WIN

Starting tomorrow, October 24th, artists can pre-register. On the November 24th launch day, they will then be able to upload their music and it will be assigned a Songnumber so that ANYONE WORLDWIDE can CALL and make a VOTE for their favorite song. Fans will also be able to use the Songnumber to TEXT in their vote. The artists with the MOST calls and text messages into their Songnumber will be the winners. MOBILESUPERSTAR will run for 90 days, until February 23rd, when MySpace Music and Songnumbers will announce the winner.

This is not a feature or technology, it is a biz dev deal (something developers cant get their head around)

and FB hasn’t gone after music at all, instead relying on others (eg ilike) to bring the fucntionality
