Technically you are incorrect - it would only work if you used capital letters to spell his entire name and only in the decimal conversion as opposed to hexadecimal, or Octal.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ASCII

Either way are you serious? Talk about conspiracy theorist. I guess if you believe that millions of years ago, adam and eve were hanging out with T-Rex's and that a women actually grew from a rib bone, anything is possible.

[...] About us GlassBooth Matches You with the Right Candidate [Politics] Thursday, October 16th, 2008 @ 9:00 am | Author: admin Web-based political survey Glassbooth asks for your stance on a series of issues and returns the closest political candidate match. Choose what issues are important to you at Glassbooth, like taxation, gun control, reproductive rights, etc. and then answer a series of questions about those topics, such as whether or not you support or oppose abolishing the estate tax. Once you complete the relatively brief survey, Glassbooth compares your beliefs to those of the Presidential hopefuls and gives you the results. Glassbooth returns the top three matches with a percentage of similarity and the ability to read about their views on all the issues you selected as important. Ever a fearless tester on behalf of the Lifehacker-loving public, I gave Glassbooth a try and it reaffirmed that I do indeed need to have Bob Barr over for a pint of Guinness.
I applaud the candid responses that you have made. I have taken the quiz from when you had a whole slate of potential candidates early in the debate process to now when the field has narrowed- and have been continually updated and informed. Kudos on your non biased reporting- and the people who feel that the site is biased are full of crap.

Hi,
I stumbled upon something really disturbing today. I was looking at the standard computer ASCII table and saw that BARACK OBAMA is represented by the following ASCII decimal numbers B=66, A=65, R=82, A=65, C=67, K=75, O=79, B=66, A=65, M=77, A=65. If you string the numbers together, you will see that 666 appears in both his first and last name.

B A R A C K O B A M A
666582656775 7966657765

Is this what Rev 13:16-18 has warned us about? And what about Luke 10:18, where Jesus says Satan is like lightning, and lightning translated from Hebrew is "barak".

I think we have been warned many times.

This country is reeling after 8 years of Bush and cannot afford a third term for him under McCain. History will show that Bush and the GOP majority of 2001 to 2007 are SOBs who came close ton destroying this country. Only time will tell if they actually succeeded.

We need change. Real change. Not an old codger calling himself a "maverick".

One final point: it was a treasonous act by McCain to select as his #2 the ditzy Sarah Palin. If anyone is still thinking about voting for McCain they should take a long hard look at his understudy who will be a heart beat away from the presidency. The poor woman comes across like someone who got an interview for a dream job by lying on her resume about having a Harvard MBA instead of a high school equivalency certificate. So now she's determinedly trying to bluff her way through it while everyone sees that she's in no way qualified for the position.

It would be comical if it weren't so sad.

Yeah, the typical liberal mantra: "we are always right and everyone else is misinformed and racist"
--Of course, Obama is the 'Messiah' and because he is half-black no one can ask him or his lemming-like supporters anything about his experience, background, friends, *true* plans for our country's future. Nothing.
Your total ignorance really makes me sick.

We always need *change* --it is the nature of life and progress, but with Obama, we should *change* into WHAT????? He really has no clue and, however, like a damn lawyer, talks from both sides of his mouth...
Sorry if you don't get it.

Cool. Nice and shameless plug.
That is all we need, a bunch of idle, clueless nerds telling the good old citizens of the US, how to choose our leaders! --Clueless, corrupted leaders, that is.
In the old times [anytime, actually] all it took was getting some useful information, then noodle it, then go and vote... Voila!

there's a bunch (7 - 10) of these sites out there; combined they have gotten quite a few uniques - somewhere between 3 and 7 million since the primaries (i know because i launched one as a side project - www.votehelp.org which i humbly think does a great job as well)- and we found that when we launched 3 others had started up around the same time (about a year ago). pretty impressive overall traffic and a good sign for democracy in general that a sizeable % of the population is taking the time to go thru the issues in this manner, especially since i don't think any of these sites have had much for budgets (ours was $7K out of my pocket and some dedicated citizens willing to work really cheap). These tools could be taken a lot further and hopefully will by the next cycle.

Absolutely!
By the way, Senator McCain does use his laptop every single day: it has been documented on pictures and videos.
That was another shameless lie from the Obama brainless minions.

How about Obama's frequent use of cocaine? It has also been documented, by himself during interviews in the past few months.
He also told George Stephanopoulos that he is muslim, although now he says that he is Christian.
Yes, Obama is all for *change* --He changes his life' story every day... Are these "Flip-Flops"? Hardly. He has a real problem with the truth. Politicians' *truth* that is...

I'm sorry, but Sarah's post is just downright hypocritical...You elected G.W. Bush not once, but twice. He used coke, he was friends with REAL terrorists - trained and funded bin laden, he (and George Sr.) let Saddam remain in power and then changed minds b/c supposedly we get more and cheaper oil (sure), his push to deregulate has now left our economy in shambles. Having experience only counts if it's GOOD experience. Would you hire someone to work for you if they repeatedly got fired or were considered terrible by all their former employers? Of course not. But that's what you did 2x.

Let's do a quick snapshot of how we rank against the world using your prior political judgement these last 8 years
Economy - 'nuff said, in shambles, our woes are now hurting the rest of the world
Foreign Policy - No leg to stand on, other countries hate us (even allies), US is a joke, US ignores UN
Environment - behind other countries b/c big oil and big auto own the US, US doesn't sign Kyoto accord
Healthcare - lagging even some "third-world" countries
The list goes on...

Bottom line is that when a company is failing based on a fundamental philosophical approach, you fire the CEO and you don't hire one of his "yes men" who will continue that philosophy. McCain and his party for the last 8 yrs have had their turn and proven only one thing - that they DON'T know how to run a country, a state (ethically), a town, a company, or even a household and that they have one agenda on their minds - using politics to increase their personal wealth.

I would rather trust new blood (i.e., hire outside the company) in this case...It's time for new management.

Sincerely,
"Sensitive Liberal"
