The RealityV approach promises to pull together groups dispersed by geography and may help in materially improving call center training and therefore call effectiveness. Very reasonable to believe a multimedia immersion apporach will drive improved behavior, relationships and economics. Great timing.

I see a lot of smoke and mirrors. EffectiveUI is a joke of a company. I know this because we hired them for a project and it went 3 times over budget and the guy that runs the place is a pompous asshole.

That's amazing! Hopefully they can use the same technology for classroom learning in grade schools and colleges. Can't wait to see the future products they come out with.

Just think of the cost savings this technology will bring! Although for our folks in the Military Health System, there will always be a need for simulation exercises that are physically demanding...as illustrated in the Operation Kerkesner exercise.

Yea this definitely sounds like it could be really useful. I've provided instructor-led training and elearning courses earlier in my career and this stuff just blows away that experience. I think for things like what the video showed (cultural differences and human behavior) those are really helpful things to learn and experience.

Very cool stuff. I participated as a test subject for some of this technology at Georgia Tech a couple of years ago. If you think the stuff we know about is cool, you should see the classified stuff.
