wow, get off the meds, I am a dentist, I want my email and website I can already go to Yahoo, Google, Godaddy, and a million other services and get them cheap or even free....

I am the consumer and I want to find a dentist in my zip, verry verry easy...

google "dentist in ZIPCODE"... simple, shit can even have google pinpoint them all on a interactive map for me.

You own 1300 domains that are worth the reg fee and that is all.

If it was a really good idea you would not be at this underdevoloped stange since 99, if it was a good idea getting a developer to develope for partial ownership in the company would be easy (trust me, been their done that, and am making money from it)

Just because you have an idea, does not make it a good idea.... if every one you pitch this to says "ehhh what about", "ehh that wont work".... well lets face facts 999/1000 times they are right....

@ pure envy/tc aka Phantom Haters

because of you we do now have the term "Phantom Hater" your famous now.

You comments dont phase me. They show your arrogance and ignorance more than anything. Its cool I dont expect you to understand everything i do. I have been conceptualizing and contemplating for many years.

here is some answers to your questions above.

1. I use xtremelocator.com a universal zip code search feature and all my locators will have something similar but much more interactive.

2. MyLocator will help everything get found in a simple natural language location based format. Providing location and email communication services to businesses, humans, supply companies. virtually a locator channel for the things people do in normal everyday life or business.

3.people will use MyLocator as the home page for all there digital existence-this domain is the best possible personalized "MY"location based domain available for mobile and internet cummunicaton. Add another 1300 other niche locator channels all sharing the same middle and last name backing it up keyphrase+locator+.com.

4. doing keyword search on mylocator say: Contractor youll get -

ContractorLocator and other related locator channels - all have simple enter zip advanced search options:
RepairLocator
TechnicianLocator
HardwareLocator
VendorLocator
ContractorLocator
PlumberLocator
ConstructionLocator
ElectricLocator
PainterLocator
LandscapingLocator

"Vertical Locator Cluster Technology"

location is everything when it comes to finding things. who would provide better results for a dentist named Jim?
google would be great but what are the other options? Mylocator offers DentalLocator.com on a 1300 channel locator grid network.

The dentist Jim also wants a personal email address that matches his yahoo acct.
jim2004@yahoo - his email for 8 years mylocator gives him becomes
jim2004@dentallocator - google cant help him. Why? because yahoo bought the MyLocator platform.

jims yahoo prefix of 8 years is instantly on over 1300 niche locator addresses.
jim uses different ones to help separate his business from pleasure.

Jim the dentist/boating enthusiast uses Boats.RaceLocator .com and the custom email jim2004@racelocator to share, communicate, categorize his boat racing vids and pics that are set for private viewing only. on the fly he can use the 1300 channel locator platform of channel choices to better communicate and filter email. For some reason Jim really likes Jim2004@MyLocator and uses it 60% of the time.

the unleashing of 1300 custom niche location offerings for businesses and consumers will cause the greatest email makeover revolution the internet has ever seen.

6. How valuable is the greatest strategic natural language domain portfolio worth? :)

7. why not just use the one domain mylocator.com? excellent question. I only need the one MyLocator channel your correct but why not have 85% of the best ones available. 1300 is no laughing matter for any one channel site. Fall into one locator channel you will never forget the family of locators that are all networked, offering, custom email and subsites for businesses and users.

We are a huge strategic natural language footprint never to be duplicated top level. endless custom offerings like no other.

8. no doubt alot of work is needed. but i do own all the best raw natural language materials ever accumulated to build the greatest location engine network ever. The hard work is done. :) MyLocator's success is what I like to call inevitable evolution.

MyLocator and Family = unmatched business and consumer potential

CompetitionLocator.com - There is None

I don't understand sub-domains, I just can't figure out how they work. It sounds like a great way to save money, time, admin, and possibly automate the tedious tasks prevalent in my ridiculous operation, that will never turn a profit and monopolises every waking moment of my waning existence. I guess I should think of better ways to spend my benefit cheques as it's out of control and Techcrunch readers just aren't providing the traffic I need to get my brilliant search algo's into the mass market.

Okay, I'm not the moronlocator but thought I'd provide the only paragraph of moderate sanity to appear under his name. Sigh!

He understands balance sheets and income statements. That's what this is all about. If you haven't come to realize that yet, here's your notice. Also, Yahoo might like to pretend they are a technology company, but they are actually a media company.

A little real research wouldn't be a bad idea. Year-to-date (which is closest to a measure of starting just pre-original MSFT-YHOO proposal) shows a very different story than you would suggest.

AAPL - down over 55%
GOOG - down over 50%
YHOO - down 45%
MSFT - down 37%

maybe MSFT should be looking at apple or google since they have bled more shareholder value than Yahoo?

Actually in this time of financial crisis, cash is king. The only software giant that has plenty of cash at this time of course is "Microsoft".

I propose that MSFT pay one MSFT share for every one YHOO share. I bet you Jerry Yang may see MSFT at 30 again. But YHOO may never see 30 level without this deal for the next 4 years. May be YHOO may sink otherwise instead of having great brand value and assets.

Big is beatiful and together MSFT and YHOO can make it happen. It will work for MSFT because the deal would bring synergy in the business and expenses can be reduced. Jerry Yang could not reduce expenses at YHOO even it was the most important thing he could have done during the past 5 years.

All the best, Mithras. If this happens, I may be able to sell my YHOO at break even or at a loss of couple of dollars.

The fact is the market is correcting itself. Some say the invisible hand. Out of the blue things went south. Was this due to several artificial price points that the market could not support? Can you blame it on the war? What really is the cause of all this? Some day Sub prime loans.

Whatever the cause the market is simply correcting itself. So though some of you would love to see your company value $800 per stock (just how is it worth that much?) the market will eventually determine the actual value.

You have a classic example. Facebook. Wild guesses saying this company worth X,Y,Z yet yet to make any money. So let us assume that the same for several tech companies and money is spent by the big companies. What this does in indirectly boost their own value in the market artificially.

Thus when the market realizes that Facebook cannot translate into a working business model, and god forbids they were sold prior to the bust at US$8 billion to US$15 billion what effect would that have on the market in which it operates?

Thus the fact that the market will determine the price point companies true values will be revealed. It is not like Yahoo is loosing tons of traffic or cash. They are a healthy company. Of course they are not making tons from search, so forecast revenue may not be as attractive as in the case with a Google.

However with a down turn in the economy would that not have some impact on Google's projected revenues and thus their value in stocks.

So when 6 weeks before any word had hit the streets when I predicted a drop in Google's value from approximately $800 to $400 everyone thought I was joking several months ago (I think back in Jan to March not sure). But by April it was around $400 from its near $800. There no signs of that just talks on how high it can go.

Funny enough on the Power Lunch or one of their shows on MSNBC I could swear I saw Google stock reach $750 in early 2008. Yet looking at Google Finance it does not reflect that. But shows it in December 2007. (Could I have seen it then?)

This was way earlier in the year and way before the whole banks crashing etc. Inf act at the time I do not recall any financial institution in difficulty at the time. Correct me if I am wrong by all means on that.

That was the same time frame I also predicted a $40 billion bid for yahoo when no such word was on anyone's radar. Not even the great Techcrunch had a whisper of what I said in regards to Google and Yahoo 6-8 weeks prior to the news hitting the streets.

Of course as Mike said once (sure not a response to the several posts on this topic I made under another handle. "It may just be a lucky guess, or good foresight, but not some expert talent that can predict the future" not quite sure on his actual quote.

The fact is VC spend way too much cash on many start ups that absolutely have a snow ball chance in hell on making any money much less becoming a a product worthwhile for acquisition. I use to wonder if VCs were just another form of money laundering as the amount spent nonsense defies logic.

After yesterday's article on Yahoo's stock slipping, I suppose we all saw this coming. Too little too late for Yahoo, I'm sure...

Carl Ichan does not understand technology, look at what he did with Motorola. He should probably retire or buy those troubled banks. That is his best bet.

I think $22 a share is too expensive for a portal company headed by guy who values his personal ego more than the value of share holders. Everyone had a chance to change the board and sell it at a much better price, and all the shareholders screwed it up big time. So plz suck it up.
