Down with Microsoft! Long live Linux. Gates the shark left just in time to watch the ship sink.

At times like these, companies think about the future - short and long term. Either way, they understand they should invest in Linux. Let's face it - the Linux revolution is here and some OEMs are already on board. This is not a trend, it's reality unfolding. The knee of that curve isn't visible yet, but we're it.

Will Microsoft be a software company? An advertising company? They're scrambling to grow, but have no vision (the only part of this comment that relates to their current CEO). Maybe they'll just be remembered as that pathetic giant that didn't know which technologies to invest in and how to please their customers. I, for one, have never heard the words "I love Microsoft!" uttered by any man, woman, or (especially) child.

My 2 (somewhat angry/somewhat relieved) cents.

Indeed, I'd still like to be holding MSFT stock. They've got money to cash during times like these. At the same time, come on guys! The sweaty ballmer joke is old. VERY OLD. Update your photo hipness.
