i appreciate your comment. everything i ever put my talents too works. i am a master of taking something that is broken and making it right. My site is in development just like the powerset theory that recently sold for 100 million and is at this time tc’s greatest achievement. I am natural language location network on a 1200 multichannel power grid. You would use me in the future because i have the greatest selection of custom location offerings on a master location language grid. custom email, subsites. something no one else can offer.

So do all your *locator.com sites point to the same thing? All the ones I tried went nowhere or to websites that arent yours. Money, Cash, Car, Home, Stock, Site, WebSite, Music… I’m not sure what domains you bought but I dont think its working. For some reason I dont think the domain name is as important as actually having content. Also, where are you getting your content from? Users? Or are you using other search engines? Why would I want to use your service over google?

I find it a shame all these companies are built to be aquired.

No one seems to have the ambition to set up a viable company anymore – just create something that people want to use but make zero money off it and wait for one of the big guys to aquire you and monetize it later.

The next bill gates or steve jobs is never going to come out of a start-up desinged to be aquired – they’re just in it for a quick buck.

Here’s another question. How come we never hear how much these companies are being acquired for? AOL bought SocialThing… Now Automattic buys IntenseDebate… and madKast “will soon be acquired by ShareThis.” And only god knows for how much…

It would be very useful for those of us also trying to get our startup going, how much a 3-months project is worth… (considering we’re able to get as much press as these companies do when they join incubators (aka seed stage investment groups) such as TechStars, Y-Combinator…)

Anyway, congrats to all of them!
