Sadly fluff-friends has the worst customer service ever. Simply as that: There is NOT a Customer Service. You can send hundreds of messages and you will never see a reply. People is leaving the game in a massive form to join other choices like super poke pets and Pet Society.

[...] Social Gaming Network Acquires (fluff) Friends TECHCRUNCH Social Gaming Network Tuesday announced that it has completed its acquisition of (fluff) Friends, a Facebook game that lets people adopt virtual furry friends and interact with friends who also have virtual pets. (fluff) Friends users can choose from a group of “fluff” pets that can be personalized to match the user’s personality. Once created, the pet can interact with other users and the game’s currency exchange system (which is probably the main reason why Social Gaming Network wanted this title, considering it turns into revenue for the game) has grown by an astounding 192 percent since January per spender.
facebook's ad support for apps is a must for small developers, which can be either embeddable ads or revenue sharing in app canvas pages. Otherwise all good apps will be sold to million dollar companies, and will have to conform to the parent company's philosophies. Small developers are giving up hopes in platform as big 4 companies dominate the platform.

Not to be crude, but i think a 'fluff friend' can have varying meanings depending on the type of people you hang out with... (just thinking that companies could be more careful with their names)
