Tingz WILL run on both XP and Vista without Media Center. We chose to demonstrate on Media Center so we could show it on a computer, phone and TV. We are targeting the most popular platforms for launch, including Windows XP/Vista/Mobile/Media Center, Mac, iPhone and Blackberry. But we'll be rolling out support for many additional devices and platforms, including S60, various flavors of Linux, and others--including connected consumer electronics and smart appliances--over time. Even with PC users that have Media Center & Vista, often they stay in Windows itself and don't venture over to Media Center in my experience.
