Hi,

The Software Bill of Rights is a legally binding agreement between you and all your (future) project members. It was designed with the help of Cooley Godward, a very respected Silicon Valley law firm. If you read the agreement itself (available at softwarebillofrights.org/license.html), you can see that it's fairly comprehensive.

Did Steve Gilmor join in on the selection? His fantasies of a Twitter for Business are coming true.
