Disqis hosts your comments on their site too and indexes them with the same seo friendly urls as your site... so you will be competing with them for the same terms and phrases with very similar content... this can't be good for seo in google. So it would not surprise me if your site takes a hit in the rankings. Fail.. I dumped them. BIG PROBLEM HERE IS DUPLICATE CONTENT!
