That’s right . . . we are encouraging everyone to buy tickets now, to save $1,000 on a TechCrunch50 ticket. Our Early Bird pricing ends TONIGHT at midnight. Visit the TechCrunch50 web site for information on all aspects of conference. Hotels are starting to fill-up and sell out during the second week in September in San Francisco, so we encourage you to plan ahead. Buy your tickets and book your travel arrangements now.
You will not want to be left out of this year’s TechCrunch50, where fifty new companies will launch their products for the first time.
Sponsorship opportunities are still available – see our Exhibitor Packages. This interactive sponsorship opportunity gives startups and service providers a platform to showcase their brand and services. All TechCrunch50 Exhibitors will benefit from the extraordinary media exposure we are expecting this year’s conference to attract.
If you have questions about ticketing or Exhibitor Packages, please email Heather Harde or Dan Kimerling. Questions about media participation or other merchandising should be addressed to Sarah Ross.
We look forward to seeing you in San Francisco in September.
Update: We have just extended Early Bird pricing by 2 days (through 7/17) due to popular demand.

3K for a ticket! I wouldn’t pay that if U2 was the house band and Arrington was giving everybody who buys a ticket a personal foot rub.
Okay Mike… I’ve reconsidered, get U2 to play and throw in a foot rub and you got a deal.
foot rubs are extra, but I’ll see what i can do about U2.
I find it humorous that you guys started T50 because of some other expo was charging outrageous prices for companies to display their products, but $3k for one ticket for the audience seems reasonable.
hmm, we better put that money into our product.
What do I have to do to win a free ticket? Mike, I promise I’ll get U2 to give you a foot rub.
not worth it…no thanks…nice sales try though
NEWS FLASH
US Economy in Recession!
Disposable income checked out when GOOG was trading a $732/share and Goldman Sachs was at $235/share.
Foot rub comment was funny!!!!!
3K is a steal. You might get to shake Zuck’s hand. Get in line behind me, foo.
I will definitely be there!! At least for the Party + Happy Hour!!
Is it true that TechCrunch just got acquired and is now an AOL company

It takes 10k to build a website (read truemors) and u need 3k for attending a tech event. Come on, if u r making money on writing about startups, dont u think u can give back something and offer it for a reasonable price.. Classic marketing tactic to get people to buy early enough to avoid left over seats, sad that a “tech” blog has to resort to such tactics…
Wow! $3K a ticket!!! Boot strap startup trying to pay our developers on a reasonable schedule (and with “real” money, they won’t take the Starbucks ITunes download cards anymore now that they realized they can get those free!). I guess I’ll be reading about well funded companies attending your event with envy!
- BTW, what kind of website you building for $10K?
BillyWarhol – Is the happy hour free?
