I went to the Toto headquarters in Tokyo. They have a showroom in the lobby where you can see their latest toilets. Wow! The newer models are even better.

Yes, this is standard in Japan.
By the way, I really don’t understand why there is a sign “Employees Must Wash Hands Before Returning to Work” at washrooms in US. This means some or many people don’t wash their hands after washroom. Weird…

ya, it’s nothing special in Japan. Once you use these type of toilet, you’ll have frustration to using a paper .

Well if there was an api…

one could hook on the events to the google social site:
