I wish them luck. Writing a generic recommendation system with high quality is very difficult. Usually you need to customize the software at a fairly low level for a given product area to have it be useful. 55M funding sounds like a big number for a software product. Good luck guys!

I think we need more of people oriented search results and general shopping portals. Google is too general and Amazon.ebay etc are too focussed
