He emailed me today saying that he had proof that I was pretending to be someone else based on IP addresses. Unfortunately I then got caught in an idiotic exchange with me saying I wasn’t then him saying I was over and over. I definitely think that Ryan’s tactic is to divert the focus on himself by making accusations about other people. I didn’t want to ignore his accusation in case he thought I was hiding something but now I wish I did just ignore him!

webscammers.net is under construction, and only briefly hosted a page titled “Ryan Flynn Information”. I had given a link to only a couple of people, and there was (is) a single link to the address in the furl.net archive for user “rfinfo”. It is unlikely that Mel or anyone else reading these postings knew of the existence of the webscammers.net, but I am sure that Ryan regularly performs searches for references to himself and his organisations.

Ryan’s mention of the site (supposing it was webs-something-else.net) is rather curious, though. Perhaps it is one that particularly irritates him. I’ll make special mention here about another quote in that email: “It has been claimed, I am under police investigation for the last year, I have been reported to this agency or that, yet nothing happends.” IF YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMMED BY RYAN OR ANY OTHER PERSON/ORGANISATION, REPORT IT TO THE RELEVANT LOCAL OR INTERNATIONAL AUTHORITY. Just because someone has not been arrested, it does not mean they haven’t done anything wrong. Authorities will only invest resources in dealing with problems for which complaints are being made. My general impression so far has been that people who have suffered because of Ryan’s behaviour and activities just want it all to be over and to have nothing to do with him. Keeping quiet about it is what allows Ryan to continue with no apparent problems. I know of at least one person who is afraid of speaking openly about Ryan for fear of reprisals. As you can see, he is quite aggressive and threatening, and I can understand why some people might not want to stand up to him.

I believe that a member of White Orchid’s previous incarnation, the axed Living Legends operation, was (and supposedly still is) after money from Ryan in regards to services rendered – I don’t know the specific details, so will find out if it is related to the damaged/stolen clothing, or for something else.

Currently of interest is Ryan’s legal status in Australia. As a citizen of the United Kingdom (this is supposed since he lived and went to university in Southampton), he could possibly have a working holiday visa to work in Australia, but it is exceedingly unlikely that he has the required visa to operate any sort of business.

I have looked at the IP add, past emails and tried to track down any grievances.

I am pretty easy to find, I don’t hide where I am. Yet the hate mob, change names and IP adds and you, yourself have kept informations… who did I do this to etc.

I am not a conman Mel, my conscience is fine.

You need to ask your friend about the contract. What you are doing is liable and slander.

I have done one thing in my life, in regards to a fashion event and shockingly, it was 500 pounds that this girl wanted me to pay for? Damages to clothes. Which she was responsible for, which she secured with her credit card, which the contract stated, that I was not liable for.

As you said, this girl organized an event, a fashion event. If she organized this, as you say, why would I be responsible for the clothes of a fashion event, which she was running?

Clothes were stolen from the event, security tapes were checked and the cleaners were there, on camera, stealing the clothes.

If they were returned, I do not know, all I do know is that 2 cleaners NOT ME, were arrested for stealing clothes from the venue. She left the clothes at the venue, as she had no where to store them before returning them ‘undamaged’ the next day.

The venue knows what the ticket sales were, which were low and I did not even break event, I lost money.

Her boyfriend sold tickets, which I never received money for? What happened to that money? How much was it?? I do not know and do not care.

I know that, this event did not make any profits and made a substantial loss to me. I know and the girl who organized the fashion part of the event knows, the event made a loss. She also knows that in the contract, she is liable for the clothes and this was the case for the shops which she signed the liability contract with.

I also know she ‘feels’ that I owe her 500 pounds, as she lost money and did not ‘expect’ to loose money.
