However, is predicting the outcomes of pending news stories fun/interesting? Short term maybe but surely you'd soon get fed up with it. It may briefly capture the imagination, hopefully to a large enough degree to make the guys behind it some money but I don't really think services like this have long term potential. In my opinon they're another example of a start-up who have created a great service for a market that doesn't exist/is too niche.
