Intel is spreading its eggs – good for them if they have the cash on hand… it’s a fantastic way to pay less taxes while, at the same time, create future streams of revenue should one of these guys work-out for the best!

Does anyone know if Veoh.com is using recommendation based on video-content or meta-tags/text ? The next state-of-the-art in video recommendation comes from the domain of computer-vision and it is already making great progress, in terms of researches and publications.
