That's better than the folks who decide to hold out, only to see things start to crumble before their eyes (Facebook comes to mind) before a sale can happen.</description>

		<description>Services organizations are naturally distributed across the globe, so SaaS or cloud computing is a good model for them. Seems like a good synergy between the two companies - NetSuite gets depth in a vertical they were already targetting, and OpenAir gets global reach they didn't have before.</description>

		<description>I thought the guys from OpenAir were tight with SFDC.  I wonder how this will impact their status in the AppExchange world.  Services automation doesn't appear to be very sexy, but neither is ERP.  Looks like a nice little deal that could pay off down the road.</description>
