Clear-application's work can deal with a serious problem of biased job hiring. As a psychologist I see the kind of discrimination we are ALL prone to when dealing with others. In the job market this is quite evident. A computer holds no biases against race, gender or age groups. Here is an opportunity for people to prove their true worth, regardless of race, sex or creed.
