One thing Citi analyst Kevin Mahaney didn’t know about earlier this week in his very optimistic sales estimates for the Kindle: Jennifer Aniston is apparently a fan. At least, that’s what it looks like in the picture above published by US Weekly (that is the first time and also the last time that publication will be mentioned here on TechCrunch, promise).
Oh no! TechCrunch getting into the celeb gossip scene! Kidding. Not a bad little bit of promotion for Amazon.

If I were more celeb savvy, I’d think this pic looks like Jennifer trying to re-kindle something with Ashton Kuchter. Course then again, I think TechCrunch could suffer a Butterfly Effect of such celeb gossip storydom.

TC is one of the few blogs that I respect for the quality of its article. May be I am missing the point, but I am not able to appreciate the presence of this post on TC. May be crunchnotes is a better place for such articles as that is ur personal blog.

Mayer considers himself a big gadget nerd – he was rocking the BlackBerry Curve and MacBook Air before they were even released to the publc. I’m guess the Kindle is his and she’s just using it.
