But he does have a point about Ritter not being a co-founder. "Founding Engineer" has no meaning. Ritter was there there for like six months, helped Shawn build some backend stuff and left before the user numbers got famously high. Right after he left, Napster tore down the backend and built a new one. Its not that surprising that he has no options other than the porn industry.
