I call that Geo Discrimination. The reason why people download shows ist because they are not available in their own country or are badly subbed. If you want to fight downloads, do it like the Southpark guys. Episodes come out quick, decent quality, available for all and for free. Yes, I hate that it is only available in the US. Things look rosy from the US but for the rest of the world the only user experiences that aren't immensely frustrating are usually in violation of copyright.
