Canceling with Wix is a nightmare. They do not respond to emails in a timely manner and when they did they do not address the questions. I canceled my account 25 days prior to the next billing cycle and they still charge my credit card. More emails no response, and when I tried to ask for their phone numbers they responded that email is the best form of communication. I had to call my credit card company and put a stop on their billing my card and I asked them to flag them as fraudster. My advice. Stay away from them until they have changed their support policy where you could talk to a live agent in case of issues.
