All engines are go for the May 1 NYC CrunchNetwork meet-up at Red Sky at 47 E. 29th Street between Park and Madison. The show starts at 7pm and we’ll have free drinks, amazing giveaways, and the entire CG team as well as Erick from TC and maybe a special MYSTERY GUEST who’s first name starts with M and rhymes with Ikele Smarrington.

Now for the bad news. I’m going to add 20 RSVP spots right now and once they’re gone, they’re gone. Act QUICKLY and DECISIVELY. We’re over our maximum right now, but I want to give everyone the opportunity to RSVP.

Finally, we have our sponsors, without whom we’d never have been able to put this together. Our man Peter Ha approached literally MILLIONS of vendors and whittled the running down to a few great companies whose products and/or services we whole-heartedly endorse.

should be good. See you there

Hey Guys,

COME BACK TO LA!!!

That was a great party! I really liked the venue, but i wish i would have known about the back patio earlier. I made some great contacts, and surprisingly enough there were some cute girls there as well.

Thanks!
BB

Why did you choose a socialist may day celebration theme for a gathering of unabashed capitalists? It is an odd juxtaposition to say the least.

we’re funny like that.

Thanks John. Just tried to rsvp and it would not accept my reply. If you can add my name let me know. Thanks!

I already have my ticket, but are there any more? I know some people who are interested in going still.

If you didn’t have alcohol I would have come.

Would it be possible to announce all events like this further in advance, like at least 1-2 months in advance, so people can plan for them?

I’m talking about the foreign events, too. Such as the TechCrunch get-togethers in Budapest, London, Dusseldorf, etc. If they were announced 1-2 months in advance, there might actually be a chance people could plan to attend them.

I was at CrunchGear’s party at Red Sky last spring - drinks were good, I won a raffle prize and went home happy.

those invites went fast! any additional ones coming??

Seriously, I came in too late as well. Any chance you will release any additional invites?

How did I miss this the second time around, too? Oh yeah, because Twitter’s God damn broken.
Whatevs. I’ll be the guy outside holding up the cardboard sign looking for tickets.

ho hum — you guys don’t have any juice in NYC:)

we’re seriously oversold. I’ll let you know if anything opens up.

Is that it? no more rsvp’s?

I wanna go too. If anything opens up let me know.

You guys are so funny :) “Шестерня Хруста” looks very strange in russian :)

Tough to find sponsors nowadays, eh.

Murray Hill? Come on Biggs…

And no tickets left…

Smarrington = Arrington; Proud communist family?!?!?

May 1 Meetup is good for SOCIALism:)

I’ll be there to support Palo Alto’s EMail Center Pro.

please put me on the “you have better odds at winning on deal or no deal” list of attending the meetup! thanks.
