I found just getting on to etelos a major hassle, but to googles credit there tech guy called me which was shocking. The thing is that I prefer Zoho, this is also the same as google etc. With one big difference Zoho has been allowing for offline browser based editing for a long time. In fact that was the one reason I got on to Zoho, so googles new ability is not that impressive. I also use the crm provided for both I prefer Zoho. In fact I have recieved great support from their staff. One more thing to manipulate the Zoho Crm to my needs was infinitely easier then googles.
